How do I book the booth for my party, wedding or event?

In the first instance, either call us on 07713 349883 to check availability or use our contact form. We’ll then let you know if we are available for you. After that, you can complete our booking form and pay your deposit via PayPal.

How big is the photo booth?

 

Our photo booth measures approximately 2.3 metres long, 1.7 metres wide and 2.2 metres high.

We can fit 6 people in the booth in one go…9 is a squash, but possible. Just.

When do you set-up the booth and how long does it take?

We can set-up the booth whenever you like! It should take no more than half an hour to set-up the booth and it will be ready no less than one hour before the hire period begins. If you require it to be set-up more than one hour before the hire period, we will charge ‘idle time’ for the period it is not in use.

How many photos does the booth take per visit?

This depends on which one of our templates you choose. Generally though, four is the most preferred number.

How many prints to do I get?

On the basic package, one print is made per visit. You can choose more if you wish. Details are here.

Are we able to choose colour or black and white photos?

When your guests enter the booth, they are given the choice of colour or black and white pictures. This selection will be used for all of the pictures for that visit. It doesn’t matter if they choose colour or black and white when it is printed, your customised layout will always be as designed. eg You have a really colourful template and your guests have black and white photos…the template will still be colourful, but the photos on it will be black and white!

Will my guests have to pay for the photos?

Not necessarily. In order to cater for the majority of budgets, our basic package charges £1.00 per visit to the booth. There is an optional extra to allow your guests free visits.

Is the event booth attended?

Yes. An attendant will be with the booth at all times to assist your guests and to look after it in case paper needs changing etc.

What is the guest book and how does it work?

If you choose to have a guest book with your booth, it will print 2 copies of each set of pictures. One is for the guest as a fun memento of the event and the other is for your guest book. This other print is stuck onto its own page in the book and your guests are asked to leave a message and sign the page along side. At the end of the hire period, this book will then be presented to you by the attendant.

Where can the booth go? Can it go upstairs, outside or in a marquee?

Preferably, the booth will remain on a level ground floor but it can be taken upstairs given notice. It can also be taken outside too. However, it must be kept dry and you must make a provision for an inside booth if the weather is not looking good or if the ground is wet. Marquee booths are fine, so long as we have access to one power point and the floor is level.

Do you have insurance?

 

Yes, we are fully insured. We can provide you with a copy of the policy if requested.
